With over 15 years of experience in luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, renowned catering companies, and top-tier pastry shops in the Basque Country, he now offers his services as a private chef. His culinary story began in the heart of the Basque Country and the Landes, where his family roots inspired him from a young age. Building on his heritage as the great-grandson and grandson of cooks, he forged his own path starting at culinary school. After earning his vocational degree, he honed his skills with the team at the prestigious Régina in Biarritz, a 4-star establishment at the time. His journey then led him to the team at L'Impertinent in Biarritz, before returning to the Régina, where he passionately climbed the ranks to become sous-chef. Driven by a constant desire to explore new facets of cooking, he decided to delve into the delicate art of pastry. In 2021, following an experience with Plumauzille Traiteur, he decided to explore a new side of the profession: private chef, and created "Lucas Chef Privé."
