The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the methods we use to collect and process your personal data, in strict compliance with your rights.
In this regard, we inform you that we comply with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, as currently amended, in the collection and management of your personal data.
The entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data is CONCIERGE PERSONAL, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 807 787 312, with its registered office at 124 rue Réaumur, 75002 Paris (referred to herein as "We").
Your personal data is collected and processed to fulfill one or more of the following purposes:
When collecting your personal data, we inform you whether certain data must be provided or if it is optional. We also indicate the potential consequences of a failure to respond.
Only our company's personnel, departments in charge of auditing (including statutory auditors), and our subcontractors will have access to your personal data.
Public bodies may also be recipients of your personal data, exclusively to fulfill our legal obligations, as well as judicial officers, ministerial officers, and organizations responsible for debt collection.
Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or exchanged for the benefit of third parties.
(i) Regarding data related to the management of clients and prospects: Your personal data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for managing our business relationship with you. However, data required to establish proof of a right or contract, which must be kept in compliance with a legal obligation, will be retained for the duration provided by applicable law.
Regarding potential prospecting operations aimed at clients, their data may be kept for a period of three (3) years from the end of the business relationship.
Personal data relating to a prospect who is not a client may be kept for a period of three (3) years from the date of collection or the last contact from the prospect.
At the end of this three-year period, we may contact you again to see if you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.
(ii) Regarding bank card data: Financial transactions related to the payment of purchases and fees via the Site are entrusted to a payment service provider that ensures their proper execution and security.
For the purposes of the services, this payment service provider may be the recipient of your personal data relating to your bank card numbers, which it collects and stores on our behalf and for our account. We do not have access to this data.
To allow you to make regular purchases or pay related fees on the Site, your bank card data is kept for the duration of your registration on the Site and, at the very least, until you complete your last transaction.
By checking the box expressly provided for this purpose on the Site, you give your express consent for this retention.
Data relating to the visual cryptogram or CVV2, printed on your bank card, is not stored.
If you refuse to have your personal data relating to your bank card numbers stored under the conditions specified above, we will not keep this data beyond the time necessary to complete the transaction.
In any event, data relating to these transactions may be kept for evidentiary purposes in the event of a dispute, in intermediate archives, for the duration provided by Article L 133-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code, which is thirteen (13) months from the debit date. This period may be extended to fifteen (15) months to take into account the possibility of using deferred-debit payment cards.
(iii) Regarding the management of opt-out lists for prospecting: Information used to honor your right to object is kept for at least three (3) years from the exercise of the right to object.
(iv) Regarding audience measurement statistics: Information stored in users' terminals or any other element used to identify users and allow for their traceability or traffic analysis will not be kept for more than six (6) months.
We take all necessary precautions and appropriate organizational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. We also use secure payment systems that comply with state-of-the-art standards and applicable regulations.
Cookies are text files, often encrypted, stored in your browser. They are created when a user's browser loads a specific website: the site sends information to the browser, which then creates a text file. Each time the user returns to the same site, the browser retrieves this file and sends it to the website's server.
There are two types of cookies, which serve different purposes: technical cookies and advertising cookies.
Technical cookies are used throughout your browsing session to facilitate navigation and perform certain functions. For example, a technical cookie may be used to remember responses entered in a form or to store user preferences regarding language or website layout, when such options are available.
Advertising cookies can be created not only by the website the user is browsing but also by other websites displaying advertisements, announcements, widgets, or other elements on the page. These cookies may be used for targeted advertising, i.e., advertising determined based on the user's browsing habits. We use technical cookies. These are stored in your browser for a period of thirteen (13) months.
We do not use advertising cookies. However, if we were to use them in the future, we would inform you in advance, and you would have the option to disable them if necessary.
We use Google Analytics, an audience analysis statistical tool that generates a cookie to measure the number of visits to the Site, the number of pages viewed, and visitor activity. Your IP address is also collected to determine the city from which you are connecting. The retention period for this cookie is mentioned in Article 7 (iv) of this policy.
We remind you that you can object to the placement of cookies by configuring your browser settings. However, such a refusal could prevent the Site from functioning properly.
When you choose to provide your personal data, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of that data in accordance with this policy and applicable legislation.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, you have the right to obtain access to, and if necessary, the rectification or deletion of your personal data. You may also contact us at:
