It’s shining, it’s shining, it’s shining, and it’s going to keep shining all weekend long—a total dream! Welkeys couldn't resist sharing a few tips to help you soak up those rays and add a little color to your pale Airbnb guests!

‍

These sunbeams make us want to head far, far away... and lie down in the grass with a magazine or a good book for some serious relaxation. At Welkeys, Saturday is our chill day. We welcomed your guests this morning and have more arriving this evening, but in between, we’re putting on our swimsuits and heading out! Here are the best parks in Paris to relax and get a tan on this second weekend of March:
‍

  1. Didn't have time to lounge on the terrace at Saint Bernard, that high-altitude restaurant where, like Jean-Claude Dusse in "Les Bronzés," you can "doze off after a nice glass of mulled wine"? No worries, we’ve got something better! To enjoy a drink with a ski-resort vibe, check out the terrace at Les Fondus de la Raclette in Montparnasse. A little slice of escapism, perfect for following up with a hearty raclette! Sunshine is great, but there's no reason to let it get you down.
    ‍
  2. If you want to sip a juice, head to a nearby park, and roll around in the grass, there’s the new healthy spot in the Marais, Wild and the Moon, for beautiful juices and a detox atmosphere we love. The best part is that you’re just a stone's throw from the Place des Vosges, so you’ll definitely get your roll in the grass after your juice!
    ‍
  3. To get a little culture under the sun, there’s nothing better than Bubble Globe, a site for finding outdoor activities led by locals. It’s a dream to wander around the Louvre with someone who loves the place and talks about it like it’s their first kiss.
    ‍
  4. To get some fresh air, run to Gare de Lyon and catch the first train to Fontainebleau. In just 38 minutes by train, you can go chop wood in the forest or go horseback riding—honestly, why deny yourself? Plus, we have a charming address: La Demeure du Parc, which was recently renovated and features an incredible restaurant and Scandinavian-style rooms we adore.
    ‍

So, what are you waiting for? Get out there! We at Welkeys will take care of welcoming your guests while you go soak up the sun. So? Isn't life beautiful?
