Welkeys manages your guests' stay from A to Z
To complement Airbnb's offering and provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, your Welkeys concierge service goes the extra mile. We handle everything from A to Z for your guests, taking care of bookings and arrival logistics. During their stay, guests are welcomed by one of our concierges who will hand over the keys to the property. This is their opportunity to get valuable tips and recommendations about the area (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). We also remain available 7 days a week to resolve any issues that may arise during the stay. Afterward, we handle the guest check-out. But our work doesn't stop there! We also take care of the aftermath: managing reviews on the platform and preparing the apartment for the next guests. This includes cleaning and hotel-quality linens, thanks to our partner Elys, from the Accor Hotel group.
