The idea for La Cave de Pauline first took root in August 2020 in the mind of its eponymous founder. A passionate oenophile, Pauline wanted to bring the expertise of a wine merchant directly to people's homes. She envisioned a service delivering high-quality organic wines accompanied by tasting notes, all while upholding eco-friendly values. Her goal was to introduce people to the world of 100% organic wine while making a positive environmental impact. To achieve this, she trained at the École des Vins et Spiritueux in Paris and teamed up with Maxime, a former sommelier turned winemaker, who helps her select the best vintages from the finest terroirs every day. The wines featured at La Cave de Pauline all come from family-run, responsible, and committed vineyards. The project took shape, and the first bicycle deliveries were made across Paris. The offering has since evolved; in addition to the online shop, you can now subscribe to a monthly box to learn how to enjoy fine organic and biodynamic wines handpicked by Maxime. The promise of La Cave de Pauline: conviviality, discovery, and a treat for your taste buds.
