Optimizing your time off in 2021 with Welkeys

Optimizing your time off in 2021 is a great way to clear your head while planning your next local trip! According to recent studies, 91% of French people are looking to travel in 2021, and your Welkeys concierge service is here to welcome you!

‍

While the beginning of the year is always light on public holidays, they become more frequent starting in April. Even though several of them fall on a Saturday or Sunday this year, you can still take advantage of a few long weekends for short getaways.

‍

How can you optimize your time off in 2021?

Did you know that in 2021, you only need to take 4 days of leave to enjoy 22 days of vacation? We’ll show you how to make the most of your time off this year!

‍

The year will feature three long weekends: May 22 to 24, including Whit Monday; April 3 to 5, with Easter Monday; and October 30 to November 1, for All Saints' Day.

‍

In addition to these long weekends, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of 3 "bridge" weekends: May 13 to 16 by taking Friday the 14th off; July 14 to 18 by taking Thursday the 15th and Friday the 16th off; and November 11 to 14 by taking Friday the 12th off.

The Welkeys Commitment

At Welkeys, we take the safety of every trip to heart. Check-ins and check-outs are carried out in compliance with social distancing guidelines. Our hotel-quality cleaning procedure has been reinforced to meet the requirements of the fight against COVID-19, which includes our linen service.

‍

Our properties, reserved entirely for travelers, help limit contact with people outside your party. They are generally laid out to include a kitchen, living room, and/or dining area. These are essential spaces for enjoyable evenings during curfew hours.

‍

Our properties are suitable for short stays that allow you to discover a new destination. You can also rent them long-term if you wish to be closer to family, work remotely, or experience a new region before moving.
