Happy International Burger Day! At Welkeys, we took the opportunity to get our listing manager, Nicolas, to share his top burger spots in Paris. From the bun, cheese, and meat to the toppings, sauces, and vegetarian options, he considers every element of a burger to bring you a carefully curated selection.

Le Ruisseau Burger Joint

You can find Le Ruisseau’s recipes at three different locations: two restaurants and a smaller shop. With their house-made buns and meat sourced from the Pas-de-Calais region, Le Ruisseau takes the top spot in our listing manager’s rankings. It was the wide variety and quality of the cheeses on offer that really won him over.

Check out their full menu online. For vegetarians, you have the option to swap the beef patty for a chickpea patty. The extra touch: if you’re feeling indulgent, add the bacon supplement to your burger—a thick slice of farmhouse-style bacon.

Blend

Whether you want to dine in, order click-and-collect, or get delivery, Blend has you covered. You can enjoy a classic burger, Texas-style fried chicken, or even sweet potato fries.

The extra touch: Nicolas’s recommendation? The "Came," featuring AOP Camembert and bacon caramelized in maple syrup.

PNY

At PNY, you also have the choice of delivery or dining in. Either way, we highly recommend their delicious selection of generous burgers. Our favorites: the “Return of the Cowboys,” available at all locations, and the “Found Dead in Mexico,” which you can enjoy at their Oberkampf spot.

For vegetarians, we love the plant-based legume patty that can replace the beef, or the option of a portobello mushroom.

GOKU Asian Canteen

A fusion restaurant serving European and Asian cuisine, GOKU Asian Canteen offers a fantastic menu featuring specialties from all over Asia. Their Japanese-inspired burger was voted the best burger in France in 2017! You’ll be surprised by the black vegetable charcoal bun of the Black O.G. Burger and its flavors, with a theme inspired by the Japanese mafia.

Our listing manager’s final recommendation? Roomies, a restaurant where you’re the chef. You can choose a burger from the menu, but the best option is to pick your own ingredients. Start with your base, add unlimited cheese, sauce, and vegetables, and you’re all set!

The extra touch: we tested the house-made veggie patty for you—made with zucchini, carrot, and potato. It was a treat!
