Welkeys takes away all the hassle—why not let us do the same for you?

Procedures to optimize your listing

Looking to go on vacation but not sure which platform to use? With Welkeys, you can meet with our responsive expert in your apartment to set up your rental profile. Next, we move on to creating a professional, multi-language listing on Airbnb and Booking.com. A listing needs to catch a traveler's eye. To do that, high-quality photos are essential to secure the most bookings. That’s why we work with professional photographers to showcase and highlight your apartment with high-quality visuals. Once these two steps are complete, you can estimate your rental income using our pricing algorithm. This helps optimize your listing and maximize your rental revenue. In other words, prices are calculated based on geolocation, local events, and nearby businesses.

Personalized calendar management

Through our app, you can check your calendar at any time of day with personalized owner access. This allows you to block off dates to stay in your own home whenever you like. Additionally, the app offers a feature that lets you track guest activity within your apartment. Best of all, you receive your rental income via bank transfer at the end of each month.

Comprehensive management for an ideal stay

Don't worry—even if you're away and can't welcome your guests or prepare your apartment, Welkeys is the solution. We all know that vacation rentals require maintenance, which is why professionals are also on hand to oversee all maintenance and minor repairs for your rental 24/7. Finally, Welkeys provides professional cleaning services and hotel-quality linens for all your guests. Yes, if a host lacks the time to take care of their travelers, Welkeys is here to save the day!
