‍

Are you familiar with property finders?

Do you have a project and want to invest in real estate? Are you dreaming of buying a property to live in or for a rental investment? The only problems: you are far away, you lack time, or you simply feel the need for support during this major life milestone. Your solution: hire a property finder. Their mission: to find the apartment or house of your dreams on your behalf.

‍

What is the difference between a property finder and a real estate agent?

A property finder is a real estate professional who holds a professional license. Unlike a real estate agent, who is mandated by the seller, a property finder works for the buyer. Once the search mandate is signed, your finder supports you throughout your project. They prospect, visit, and negotiate properties that perfectly match your expectations and assist you until you move in. Paid only upon success, your finder will leverage their entire network (notaries, brokers, etc.) and their efforts to find you that rare gem.

‍

How do you choose the right property finder?

Your finder should have experience in your target area to ensure you get the most out of their services. The type of property you are looking for also matters, as some finders specialize in small spaces, unique properties, or luxury real estate. There are hundreds of property finders in France today; to avoid mistakes, you can trust Homeleo, the leading platform dedicated to connecting the most qualified property finders with buyers searching for their ideal home.
