Vacation rentals and safety protocols must go hand in hand

Even though we are now in the easing phase of lockdown, the safety protocols communicated at the start of the health crisis must remain the foundation of our current approach to ensure everyone's safety.

Using disposable tissues, washing your hands regularly and sanitizing them as often as possible, respecting social distancing, coughing or sneezing into your elbow, wearing a mask... By adopting these simple habits, you protect both yourself and others. Your Airbnb concierge service makes it a point of honor to ensure these are practiced by both our teams and our guests. In fact, Welkeys stays have remained possible since the beginning of the lockdown (in compliance with geographical restrictions). However, new measures have naturally been put in place.

A safe welcome

Since respiratory droplets are likely the primary vector for virus transmission, our City Managers and concierges are committed to wearing masks when welcoming guests to a Welkeys property and to applying all safety protocols. Wearing gloves is also strongly recommended.

During check-ins, property keys are handed to guests in an envelope, and the number of people is limited to two per room. Social distancing is maintained, and the property is fully aired out during the welcome. Certain polite gestures, such as shaking hands with guests or helping with luggage, are naturally being avoided.

Nevertheless, our teams remain at your disposal throughout your stay and will be there to reassure you if needed. A welcome pack containing hand sanitizer, masks, and an instruction sheet will also be provided upon your arrival.
