Whether it's a non-refundable booking, a website bug, or a comment you want to delete, there are many situations where you might need to contact Airbnb support. But if you aren't tech-savvy or simply get lost in the many links, reaching the right person isn't always easy. If that sounds like you, this article is for you! We work closely with Airbnb (as well as the largest existing platforms) and have identified three distinct ways to contact Airbnb's support team.

‍

First method

The first solution, which is certainly the simplest and easiest, is to go through the Help Center. You can browse the FAQ to see if the answer to your problem is already there. Most importantly, you can send a personalized message. To do this, on the Help Center page, you must specify the nature of your issue.

If your question has nothing to do with the options you previously selected, don't hesitate to describe your problem clearly and in detail so that the expert can help you.

‍

You will receive a response quite quickly (usually in less than five minutes). Note that the expert responding to you is not an Airbnb employee, and if they don't know the answer, they will redirect you to the appropriate Airbnb department. So please be kind and patient with them, as they are taking their time to help you!

‍

Second method

A second way to contact Airbnb, which has also proven to be the best method if your problem can be solved quickly, is through the social network Twitter. It seems the American company has a team that directly monitors and manages requests on Twitter. The process is simple:

Log in to Twitter (create an account if you don't have one) Search for the '@AirbnbHelp' account and click 'Follow' You can then send them a Direct Message (DM) to explain your situation and wait for their reply. They may ask for certain information (always in private) to verify your identity.

Third method

Finally, you can call them directly if you wish. However, we must warn you that this line is generally reserved for emergencies and the process can take a bit longer. The number for France is: +33 1 84 88 40 00. There are Airbnb contact numbers for every country. To verify your identity, Airbnb will ask you for some information:

  • your name, the email address you used to sign up, your phone number, your preferred payment method, and the last four digits of the IBAN you have on file.

This list is not exhaustive, and sometimes they will ask for only one piece of information, while other times they will ask for all of them. So, have this information ready before you call! Of course, you can also contact our specialists for guidance, or better yet, you can use our Premium service!
