Meet Grégory, our partner in Biarritz

Our City Manager in Biarritz decided to dedicate himself to the Airbnb concierge profession for two reasons: a desire to get into entrepreneurship and a passion for the world of vacation rentals. In fact, it was during a stay in the city of Orléans that our concierge realized the growth of this market (notably thanks to the Airbnb platform), but also the dire lack of concierges for everything related to guest arrivals and departures, as well as cleaning services between rentals. Since then, our short-term rental owners in the Biarritz region have been entrusting their keys to Grégory, and sometimes even a few DIY projects!

Thanks to his hospitality experience and his passion for the real estate world, our City Manager is able to ensure a perfect welcome for your tenants while taking care of your vacation rental. It has now been a year since our concierge began handling arrivals, departures, and cleaning between each of your Basque rentals, and his career is already rich in encounters and anecdotes! For example, he told us about one of his experiences when he welcomed three travelers coming to Biarritz for a few days. As he usually does during a check-in, Grégory asked his guests the reason for their trip, and it turned out that these three travelers were heading to Biarritz for a very specific reason... a Scrabble tournament!

What are the walks you always recommend to your guests during check-in at their short-term rental?

I always advise my guests to take the time to walk along the Basque coast, whether during the day or to watch a sunset.

As you know, your Airbnb travelers are very often big foodies, and as a seasoned Airbnb concierge, you must have some great tables to suggest to them, right?

The Milwaukee Café in Biarritz for a gourmet brunch on the terrace, or the Café du Musée near Biarritz to enjoy French cuisine in a bistro atmosphere.

If your travelers want to wait for their check-out time comfortably settled in a café, where do you direct them?

Without hesitation, the terrace of the Le Miremont tea room for its delicious pastries and its terrace with an ocean view!
